Returns

​

All our planters are made to order and returns cannot be accepted unless our products are found to be faulty.

​

Payment

​

50% of any order is payable upon acceptance of a quote and the remainder the week before delivery.

​

Delivery

​

All our planters are heavy items and will need receiving from our transport contractor at the delivery address.

We are able to offer our in house delivery and installation at further cost.  Dependant on size of order and location.

Acceptance

​

Your acceptance means you are aware of the characteristics of green oak and have read our 'Green Oak - what to expect' doc.
